  • If you have a return please email us to make sure your return is eligible for store credit before returning.

    make the SUBJECT as RETURN APPROVAL.

    Please include ORDER NUMBER and ITEM NAME.

    WE OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNED ITEMS.


    We cannot issue refunds to initial method of payment since we are a small business. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may cause. We are more than happy to help you with sizing and styling questions to ensure your purchase is well thought through.

    *Store credit does not expire*

    - Shipping charges are non-refundable
    - We do not currently offer return labels but hope to as we grow in the future!

    All returns/exchanges must be done within 14 days from delivery date.

    -Must be in original condition, cannot be worn, altered or washed & must include original tags, with receipt/packing slip. We cannot accept items that smell of smoke or any odors, has stains, or if the item has been damaged. Please allow 2-3 days for us to process & inspect your return once it’s delivered to our office. If your items do not qualify for store credit/exchange you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned back to you.

    -Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs and marks.

     We want you to be satisfied with our products and we do our best to provide you with styles you’ll love. With new arrivals posted often, we’re confident you will find something new to feel great in!

    DEFECTIVE ITEMS

    Defective clothing MUST BE REPORTED within 5 DAYS of order with receipt & must be unwashed/unworn with tags attached.

    We will not process damaged claims reported after this time.

    We are not responsible for damages due to wash/wear.

    We thoroughly in inspect every item when shipping
    We reserve the right to refuse any return that we believe has been damaged by the customer

    LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

    When you place an order with us, please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help you track down your package.

    If you believe your package has been stolen or lost, we suggest doing the following before contacting us.
    -Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
    -Visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the mail man dropped off your package.
    -Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door.

    Please wait 48 hours to see if the package turns up incase USPS update tracking information as "delivered" earlier than actual delivery.
